Quotations
Quotes are based on the information supplied about the job, including distance and labour required. Changes to the scope, access, load or destination may require the quote to be revised.
Local quote call-out
Free quotations are available in the local service area. A R250 call-out fee may apply where travel is required outside that area.
Bookings and availability
Bookings are subject to availability. Same-day work may be available but is not guaranteed.
Payments
Accepted payment methods are cash and EFT. Payment timing should be confirmed when the job is booked.
Prohibited goods
Kenzie’s will not knowingly transport drugs, illegal substances or other illegal goods.
Insurance
Goods are insured while being transported. Customers should ask Kenzie’s for the specific terms, limits or exclusions applying to their job.
Customer information
Customers should provide accurate details about locations, access, load size and items to be moved so that the quote and resources can be planned appropriately.
